Read, never write
We read completed sales, returns, employees and products. We never create, edit or delete anything in your POS.
Encrypted keys
Location keys are stored as server-side secrets and never shown in any browser or app screen.
Only what's needed
We sync the fields required to attribute rewards — not customer contact details.
How sales sync
From register to reward.
STEP 1
Scheduled pull
New sales since the last sync are pulled in batches on a schedule — not live queries against your POS.
STEP 2
Match and attribute
Each sale line is matched to a catalog product and to the budtender who rang it. Duplicates are ignored.
STEP 3
Rewards post
Qualifying lines earn Tokins on the ledger. Returns reverse the matching reward.
